Lab2Health

Privacy and disclaimers

Privacy-first by design

Lab2Health processes lab result data exclusively locally, in the user's browser. OCR, text parsing, matching against the test dictionary, and building the health card file all happen on your device. No lab result data is ever transmitted, stored, or processed on Lab2Health's servers.

What data we collect

We don't collect personal or medical data related to lab results. If we use analytics tools, they are privacy-friendly, don't use cookies, and don't track users across sites.

Not a medical device

Lab2Health is not a medical device under applicable regulations. It doesn't interpret lab results, doesn't make diagnoses, and doesn't replace a doctor's consultation. It exists solely to transcribe data from one format (a lab result) to another (a SMART Health Cards–compliant health card).

User responsibility

Text recognition (OCR) isn't 100% accurate. Always verify the recognized values before exporting. Lab2Health is not responsible for decisions made based on incorrectly verified data.
